A good choice

Worried at first as well as others by some very bad reviews. But everything went smoothly and the product was as expected.

I won online raffle a pair of shoes…

I won online raffle a pair of shoes (Air Jordan 5 Retro Toro raging Bulls) on Friday 2 weeks ago 23.04.2021 But it hasn't been sent to me yet. I want to cancel the order and refund because I waited too long I hope you can reply to me as soon as possible.

Geld wird nicht rückerstattet, E-Mails werden ignoriert

Am 28.2.2021 bestellt. Da beide Artikel nicht richtig passten am 23.3.2021 zurückgesendet an die angegebene Adresse. Am 31.3.2021 laut Sendungsverfolgung zugestellt. Da am 14.4.2021 das Geld immer noch nicht Rückerstattet wurde, habe ich den Shop kontaktiert. Dieser behauptet, dass sie die Sendung nicht erhalten haben und ignoriert seither die E-Mails. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!Edit: Money received after roughly 6 weeks. Too far back to remember if I put my handwritten sheet with the order number in (I believe so). In any case you could have read my name on the original parcel post sticker. I used the email adress you provided. I recommend you to keep your emails checked for everything to work smoothly in the future. :)

Ordered my Nike 95 og neon last week

Ordered my Nike 95 og neon last week, still on the tracking Royal Mail have not even received the shoes yet- no updates at all

Raffles

You cannot cancel, return goods from Raffle, which is violating the EU Law. On the website you won't see it clearly, it is somewhere in the "Terms and condition". Do not recommend to buy something here.

They don't treat you like a customer but like a fool.

Normally, the customer is king at most companies but by this one, they just laugh right in your face. Thursday 1 October 00:37 I'm receiving a mail from there system that picked the winners that I have won the Nike Off-White Rubber Dunk, so finally I didn't have to go up early for the raffle on the Snkrs app. So I should get my order information soon but 3 October I still didn't get any information from them however, I mailed them when I could expect my package and received a mail that they should send the order information during the next week. On 5 October I received a mail so I finally thought my first raffle win was sent but it wasn't an information mail with MY raffle win but to tell me that it was out of stock. So I did send them AGAIN a mail to how they could compensate a MISTAKE FROM THEIRS to a raffle winning customer, so I proposed to use my RAFFLE WIN for another raffle in the future because a WIN is a WIN but they only reacted with a 20% discount excluded limited or discounted sneakers. This shop does NOT treat you like a customer but as a FOOL as "we just can do everything with our customers especially to their own benefits" SO YEAH you read it right a raffle win that was out of stock, so they stole my Nike Off White Rubber Dunk, how is it even possible that a pair of hyped sneakers had disappeared because normally you put the stock numbers before picking the "lucky ones" in the program, this smells like BACKDOORING pairs or PEOPLE INSIDE that took them for their own benefits.And still with all of that they didn't refund anything of MY MONEY...This is a Company that makes the CUSTOMER ACT AS A FOOL thinking there raffles are independent no they just can STEAL our WIN WHENEVER it suits THEM! SO WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY THEY JUST CAN **** YOU AT ANY MOMENT WHEN THEY WILLING TO!

Great Service

The shoes my son wanted were not in stock in any UK stores in his size. I hadn’t heard of footshop before, but with most reviews being positive I thought I’d give them a go. Excellent service, delivered in a week, and they’re exactly what he wanted. And a few pounds cheaper to sweeten the deal. Thanks!

Great for exclusive trainers

I had a great experience buying from Footshop. Great communication and customer service. The shoes take a little time to arrive but they have a lot of exclusives treat are sold out elsewhere.I’ll be definitely using Footshop again and I recommend them.

Good customer support

I won a raffle at Footshop but I didn’t get a confirmation email for this. It looks like I had a typo on my email address but this got solved after I reached customer support.
